Samsung Fit bad experience with back button

One of my friend bought Samsung Fit and the back button seems to be tedious job, sometimes it does not recognizes the press and makes it difficult. It is good with all other features...my friend still have this problem even after giving it to Samsung care for back button poor response and poor battery backup.

But one thing is clear I won't be getting this model any time...
